AMPIE Risk Retention Group (RRG) now offers an insurance program that will provide long term, stable protection for high quality physicians. We believe that having a claim does not automatically result in higher insurance premiums. AMPIE RRG rewards physicians for their participation in quality programs through increased premium credits thereby reducing professional liability costs.
At AMPIE RRG we have developed an underwriting process that methodically measures the key drivers of liability risk exposures, the quality of medicine being practiced, and the way doctors communicate with their patients. We obtain this information through our proprietary, scientifically based Quality of Care Scoring System that looks at communication skills including patient satisfaction as well as National Institute of Quality Assurance (NIQA) profiles.
